I enjoyed Jim's insghts and perspective. It seemed like he had a lot more information that he wanted to present and time got away from him. I thought he could have spent more time in the first session, showing how real estate and REITs might fit in a client portfolio before going too deep with the specifics of what makes a good real estate investment.
