Participate In My Experiment With LinkedIn's Share Button Hot
The share button is similar to Facebook's "Like" button in that it allows people to share information posted to your website. But it seems to have one added difference.
In enough people click a LinkedIn "share" that's posted to a page on your website, the link can appear in LinkedIn Today, which is LinkedIn's ingenious personalized news aggregation service.
LinkedIn Today is a website comprised of articles people are sharing. It knows your interests. So when you log into LinkedIn, you should be seeing articles in LinkedIn today that match your interests.
To see how it works, please take a look at a story I wrote about Schwab accidentally prospecting advisor clients and--if you like feel the article shoud be shared -- click the LinkedIn share button on the page.
I'll post in a day or two about the results.
Thanks
