Excellent presentation on a great topic. Detailed in the areas that are key to know our clients better, and provides a good framework, I think, for surveying our clients' satisfaction.

I thought it was very educational. I would have liked to see a sample survey or something of that nature to see what kind of questiosn are the right questions to ask clients.

I found it very helpful, particularly the insight that clients are driven to make referrals to help their friends/family rather than further their advisor's business. I will use that insight to highlight some of the ways I can help my clients and their friends.
