1. Create an agenda so we know what's coming
2.Tell us what NOT to do earlier, just in case we can't listen to the whole seminar

Andrew has so many uhs and pauses. Be more prepared or more scripted because it is painful to listen to his webinars!

It was very difficult to follow many of the screen links that you showed live. I'd love to get a one page document with the various application links you illustrated.
