Wow, today's presentation was a real gem. Bob managed to cover a lot of ground in a short time, much of it was review, but repetition allows some of this more esoteric information to sink in a little easier over time. I thought the discussion of Section 453 real estate sales to trusts was invaluable, as well as some of the charitable ideas using CRTs and the like. All great stuff for sure. Going further in-depth on a variety of these topics is always welcome. The items discussed today were very timely.

Bob does great. Not all of us are serving the ultra net worth clients that Bob often references in his materials. I would find it helpful if he would include more scenarios for those with estates below the estate tax threshold and lower levels of assets (networth) like 1-5 million for example.
