I appreciate Frank's focus on the emotional components of investing and on the case study approach by which he examines the language used by clients and then our response, as advisors, to that language. Breaking down each sentence (and word) stated by the client is a useful examination of how one might react without alienating the client. Out of this case study approach comes a useful methodology and specific tools we can employ as advisors and that is very helpful.
