I've already asked for copies of the 2 studies and the PDFs. We're just at the cusp of needing this kind of insight and assistance. We've been growing very quickly and barely hanging on, in terms of managing our Advisor's time and energy. Personally, I know I'm capable of taking on much more in the support staff role, if only the Advisor could feel confident about adequate systems being in place, and the follow through expected.
