One of the most concise webinars I've ever attended - guess why? It was very simple no PHD descriptions/terms (KISS to the max)

This is much to complicated and involved to handle in time allotted, need to break it down over several periods.

Pretty complex unless you have dealt with Limited Partnerships and MLPS before

too much info to cover in an hour therefore a lot of skipping around.
