more slides actually showing Outook in use with his advice and steps.

It was okay but we don't use Outlook and can't take advantage of many of the ideas he offered due to the nature of our (virtual company) business. It doesn't work for us to file emails away in folders, if they have action items, they tend to get over-looked.
