Perhaps simply too fast-paced for an old dog. Take-away for me was that the legislature has too much time on its hands for drafting convoluted complexity.

Excellent review of IRA distributions after death. Particularly helpful was slide 50, which illustrated the matrix of various scenarios depending on whether the decedent passed before the RBD versus after. All of the information on trusts was helpful, but was run through very quickly and may merit further detailed attention. The slides are very informative and thorough. The program probably is more suited for a 2-hour webinar rather than only 50 minutes. Thank you!
