VERY interesting! Greatly helps frame discussion with clients back to where it should be (logical, goal-oriented and long-term) and away from knee-jerk emotional reactions due to immediate inflation.

Super presentation today. Many talking points to be used with clients who are skeptical of not running out of money, particularly those with high balances. I very much liked the comparisons between the fixed withdrawal and the RMD as well as the conversation on "safe" withdrawal rate, which has become controversial. I also liked the last part of the presentation which suggests placing asset allocation modeling AFTER determining the method of withdrawal. Very enlightening!
