Complex subject matter and after listening, I gained a deeper understanding about so some key estate planning techniques that all should use, as well as attractive tax and gift tax saving options using GRATS for the the wealthy. I was not aware that you can lend money to a Trust as a stated interest rate.

Technical problems were troubling. I was on the webinar for 1 1/2 hours for 1 hour CPE. In addition, the moderator took way too much time at the start of the session. It was almost 10 minutes before there was any technical content. He added no value.
