The Good
SmartOffice's open architecture supports our firm's ability to tailor the application to address our specific business requirements. As a firm that delivers investments, insurance, benefits and advisory services we require SmartOffice to be both industry-specific and customizable. I've not found another CRM that can manage the complexity of our business while helping the user base to identify and drive revenue opportunities through the new business pipeline.
The Bad
SmartOffice is as good as the user base. Organizational alignment, understanding and commitment is required to fully leverage the value of SmartOffice. Many firms lack these disciplines which helps us to stay ahead of the curve.
The Bottom Line
SmartOffice is a great solution if you are serious about building your business and proactively serving your customers with intelligence. If well organized, the information we possess on our clients is gold. SmartOffice helps us to turn this client data to gold.
