The Good
eMoney is a great tool to for our advisors to use to see all of their clients' accounts in one place even if they do not manage all of their accounts. We have also received multiple correspondence from clients regarding the Vault and how much they rely on it to store their personal documents. Many of our clients review their eMoney main page on a weekly basis to review all of their accounts in one place.
The Bad
Linking client accounts can be a long and tedious process. We have multiple accounts associated with our advisors which creates a bit of a lag when trying to move quickly around the site. If a client or an advisor changes login credentials for a website that is linked, you must remember to update on eMoney or the connection sits frozen.
The Bottom Line
eMoney can be a bit costly but if your clients use the site and all of the features offered then I believe that it is an efficent tool for your business.
