Review Detail

My firm is a securities Advisory Firm only. We have been a SmartOffice user from the mid-90's. I have an Admin Assistant that has been with our firm for over 2 years now, that jumped in and learned more about using SmartOffice than our firm knew the previous 10 years. It appears at each turn, this CRM system will do all of the things that I was complaining about before that it did not do...we just did not take the time to learn how. We can track current clients and former clients, as well as prospects. We can track all of a clients assets, including all held-away assets. In posting and reviewing individual position transactions, we can generate accurate internal rates of returns for client holdings going back to the 90's. This is truly a CRM system to integrate the clients assets, correspondence, and e-mail. Being a SmartOffice user, you can imagine that we have been approached by other "competitor" products. However, when combining price, the detail of client information, and transaction detail...for the value, there are no real competitors. Product support and features upgrades are always "top of the line."
