The Good
It's a solid program and has been working well for us for almost 15 years. We're about to introduce their online client portal which is included for no extra charge and seems to work well.
The Bad
Other systems are moving to the cloud and Morningstar is putting their investment dollars into their Office line. We'll likely move to something else in the next 2-3 years.
The Bottom Line
Works great for existing advisors but probably not what you want to jump into today.
