Good seminar, but you need to do something about the volume. I had the volume as high as it would go on my iMac, and also closed my office door, but I was straining to hear most of the presentation. Once in awhile when it became more animated, it sounded fine, which leads me to believe that it was the speakers voice that was the issue, or not speaking directly into the microphone, as opposed to a technology problem.
