Access anywhere on the Internet and integration of third-parties in adition to email archiving and imaging all in one place. Good user group on Google for peer-to-peer support.
The Bad
Customer service wait times can be long. Don't leave a message because rarely returned in my cases. Could improve its training to help advisors use all functions. Can't use graphics in Web-based email.
The Bottom Line
Good investment in organizing client contacts and productivity.
