I think this is an overall great CRM. the downfall is it takes awhile to get allof the tools integrated and working together. I wish i would have spent more tieon the front end getting all of the titems setup before we started using it.
User Review
The Good
I really like the advanced fetures they provide over some of the basic CRM's like redtail.
The Bad
There are so many things it can do it is hard to figure out an area to start. I think it would be beneficial if they had a 2 or 3 day course to go over all the aspects of the software.
The Bottom Line
This is a great step up from fredtail. with alot of integration offers.
