Good for what it is designed to do, especially for the money

good for tracking workflow and documents
not so good for tracking client profitability
History field tracks too many things, cannot filter out
Then again it is 299 flat fee

Good for managing workflow, documents and prospects
The Bad
Cannot let you tack how much time you spend on each client. Would be useful when examining client profitability
The Bottom Line
Good for the price. Especially since I am not personally trusting of the online CRM tools.
