The Good
Good for teams to use in tracking client meetings, discussions, following activities, recent concerns/issues, birthdays, various client criteria that can be used to aggregate like accounts for campaign purposes, tracking individual team member activities, tracking growth determinants and areas of wasted manpower.
The Bad
Not as sophisticated as other CRM tools, but for the money, can do the basic job.
The Bottom Line
Worth a look.
