1. Some good ideas, gathered together in one place.
2. Could use more focus on our industry and the regulatory requirements we have.
3. Could use more talk on the 3rd-party products & what they do (being sure to look at MAC as well as PC).
4. Seemed like the questions on this topic -- rather than be esoteric and diverging into too much nuance -- generally helped ground the discussion in users actual experience. So more time for Q&A.
