The ultimate in flexibility
I have been able to customize ACT! over the last 12 years to grow with my company and adapt to workflow changes.

The Good
If you want to have both flexibility and control over your CRM, then ACT! may be for you. With minimal study, you can add/change fields, change screenshots, create customized workflows etc. Sage now offers support for an annual fee (very reasonalble.)
The Bad
Lack of integration.
The Bottom Line
For the low entry fee and the enhanced flexibilty and control ACT! can be a good choice for a smaller office.
