User Review

The Good
There is so much that this CRM can do I am sure that I am using about 25% of its actual capabilities. It's forum on google groups helps me keep up.
The Bad
There is a good deal of manual uploading and configuring in the beginning. No one really told me how to integrate all of the tools nor did they even let me know that I could. Therefore I can even rate integration above.
The Bottom Line
Excellent Value, and I am sure worth much more than I am paying.
