Surprisingly capable despite inefficient user-interface

Redtail can be frustrating to interface with but at its core it works. By far the most cost competitive CRM offering and they seem committed to improving the interface. There's just a lot of bugs left to be worked out before Leapfrog is ready for primetime.

User Review

The Good
For the price, this CRM simply can't be beat. The fact that it is web-based but will still sync with Outlook means that the calendar can be sync’d to just about any device. An online shared CRM database is the only way to store contact data in this industry.
The Bad
The current interface requires the user to do two or three extra "clicks" to accomplish a task than it needs to. I was excited to hear about the beta release of the new interface that they call "leapfrog" but it is so incredibly buggy that it shouldn't be in the hands of users yet. It appears that the plan is to let users do the testing of the new system for them and they are making incremental updates to the new interface as users point out which functionality isn't working.
The Bottom Line
