Craig's presentation today was helpful in reminding advisors of the value of staying the course and persuading clients not to panic out of a bear market. His approach today was more granular in defining the relevant terms pertaining to risk, peril and volatility and how that it could play a part in persuading a client to understand why it's so important to remain calm. The slides are always helpful and the repetition of the various principles illustrated in those slides is useful to absorbing the material.
