The Good
Very nice to have access to all of Morningstar's research and databases. With Office, you have access to all of their fund, stock, index and other database information. That along is with the price of the program. Program has lots of various performance reports that can be run and batched together. Reports contain lots of information on portfolios with their famous X-ray feature. Phone support has been excellent.
The Bad
Morningstar does not have bonds in their database. So you have to enter your own bond information to track prices and bond information. They claim to be adding that feature later this year. The conversion has been quite a painful process but we did it on our own. They helped but also have a backoffice that will convert your database for you. CRM capabilities are limited.
The Bottom Line
Program is great for all that Morningstar is known for. Mediocre at the things they aren't. All in all a very good portfolio management and performance tracking system.
