Good CRM for the money, but could use improvement in some areas

The Good
Good CRM for the price. Has most of the elements needed in our industry. It's a web app so the overhead is small.
The Bad
Some parts of the software are buggy. For example, you can't copy a recurring task and the opportunities tracking does not hold the active user. Most importantly, the CRM and especially imaging run very slow at times.
The Bottom Line
It works and it integrates with our other products.
