I give Glenn lots of credit for providing a tool that can help advisors help their clients be able to make intelligent decisions about their LTCi policies. Also, re the CE Qs- 5 seconds isn't enough, especially when the speaker is talking. Other organizations allow more absolute time and more "quiet" time to answer the Qs.
