The Good
If you don't need a full blown, have to have a full time person to operate it, contact management and information tracking tool, this is a decent program. ACT is fairly quick and stable, and just about all the data you need is there.
The Bad
Link with Outlook is quirky. Outlook does not close properly with ACT installed. Does not integrate with other programs well. Only program to tie email communication to tracking in ACT is a ripoff and especially since it's not all that powerful. Not many developers for apps/programs to work with ACT so they can charge too much for not a lot. Can't get it to work across my network properly either and don't feel like paying for tech support to fix it.
The Bottom Line
It's functional, but when Redtail finally works with my droid phone I will likely switch.
