The Good
Ease of use to create letter library and or letters on the fly, post to the contact record permanently, send mass correspondence utilizing searchable data fields in a contact record. Integrates well with Laser App, Money Guide Pro and Allbridge.
The Bad
Cost is per user rather than a flat cost for a specified number of users. Not as user friendly as some other CRM programs.
The Bottom Line
Great web based product eliminating need for servers for smaller offices wanting a virtual office setup.
