The Good
Powerful tool for the money. Links virtually everything to the contact (emails/letters/notes/calendar items/etc.). Unlike other products (including Fidelity's Oracle Siebel offering), automatically links emails sent to or received from contacts. There's no manual action needed, which is a real benefit to us.
The Bad
Reporting. Workflow setup can be challenging. Email client could be better.
The Bottom Line
A little quirky in some ways. I'm on the old dbase version. I believe the latest SQL version is much better. You get a powerful tool at a competitive price (compare to Microsoft CRM, Fidelity's Oracle Siebel, salesforce.com). We don't use it to track financial planning items, which is why the "ratings" are low.
