Has served its purpose and they are constantly updating the software. Happy with it.

The Good
Does what we want it to (basically) and support team is very responsive.
The Bad
Reports and graphs could be better and easier to work with in setting up the templates. Also, it would be nice to set up an automated interval process so they could be run overnight.
The Bottom Line
I would recommend it and we like having the data "in house."
