Customization takes time and a lot of testing but worth it if you stick to it.

Been working with Salesforce since 2000. This product has helped me grow my firm from 1 office to 15 offices across the country. It helps keep all employees on the same page from marketing to sales/service to accounting. Dashboards are a great tool for advisors and their assistants to take a step back out of the details and see the big picture. There is no out-of-the-box CRM than can do for my firm what Salesforce is doing today.

User Review

The Good
Virtually can do what ever you need it to do for your business. Great lead tracking and great integration partners i.e. App Crown.
The Bad
Customization takes time and some expertise. May need to hire a consultant to fully benefit from all the features.
The Bottom Line
Not for the one man show office. Better suited for larger offices with unique business model, high demand for managing workflows efficiently, and with some expertise in the field of technology.
