Used to be good for us, looking to change

I really liked this system when I set it up. We've completely customized, but we haven't kept up with upgrades, so we now have an obsolete, unsupported system that still works well most of the time. We must upgrade or change at some point and we are actively looking

User Review

The Good
Was a highly customizable CRM available many years ago when we implemented it. We've been using the system effectively for almost 15 years.
The Bad
Poor to no customer support without paying extra for it. We haven't upgraded to newer versions, so what we have is fairly obsolete.
The Bottom Line
We are actively looking to replace this system with something equally customizable, but partially set up for advisors, reasonably priced, well integrated with other systems, good tech support. We may possibly just upgrade goldmine
