Frank once again offered some valuable anecdotal examples and illustrations of situations which most advisors have likely encountered but don't always know how to handle properly. There is a fine line between getting too involved with a client's personal problems (above and beyond finances) and Frank did a good job of cautioning the attendees against falling into that trap. The program that Frank is putting on certainly has helped outline the most important issues in the field of financial psychology.
