Support is great, they take their time with you and follow up. The software is very user friendly. Even our occasional users can figure it out. Love the document explorer feature. We import balances, invoices etc so we have everything we need to know about a client at our fingertips. Reports are simplistic but functional, the MSOffice interface is very useful. I'll often export a report to excel and merge it with another to get the detail I need. It has become one stop shopping for us.
