Perfect fit for our firm!
I rated all of the insurance categories and the client portal category as 3 stars simply because we do not make much use of them yet and this rating/review will not let me complete it without input into every category.
User Review
The Good
Has provided everything in a CRM program and overlay that we need. We don't come close to utilizing all of its functionality yet, but it's there if we want to make use of it.
The Bad
The learning curve took us some time, but nothing bad can be said.
The Bottom Line
Great product, responsive company and always looking for ways to improve their product.
