The Good
I transferred everything from ACT several years ago. They did all the work and it went very well, considering the complexity. Their telephone and email support is excellent. Their email service and document imaging service is also excellent. It is very easy for my virtual assistants to do their jobs and communicate with me and vice versa.
The Bad
The tutorials and initial training are not very good, but their telephone support people are very willing to help you. Frankly, I started so long ago, this area may have improved. Every once in a while, their server is down.
The Bottom Line
For the areas I need, it is excellent, but I do not use it for sales and marketing modes, nor do I integrate it with client investments, or any insurance tracking. I do not know what "client portal" is, so I did not rate that.
