Cathy did a very fine job of answering all the questions posed at the end. And she did so without much hesitation which indicates that she has a solid grasp of the topics presented today. Although the topic is usually a dry one, Cathy has apparently studied the details of the new law quite extensively and did a good job in trying to convey the fine points of the law to the audience. Unfortunately, this is still another form of regulation in that it will trigger more need for experts like Cathy.
