The stars above do not address the important aspects of a good CRM. I don't want a CRM to do investment tracking. That would be too much duplication. The things that make us profitable are workflows, systems that ProTracker has available. A good CRM provides a shared calendar, information that is easy to enter and convenient to retrieve, a way to assign tasks, make appointments, keep everyone in the firm informed. ProTracker does that. I don't expect a CRM to do financial planning or investment management. The Ratings provided here are not pertient. The list of attributes that would measure the effectiveness of a good CRM needs to be revised.
