Great for the larger firm; over-kill for smaller ones
Unless you can assign one individual to spend several hours every day maintaining the system (and if lots of data entry required, a full-time position), you will likely pay many times what the system is actually worth to you.
User Review
The Good
Highly sophisticated with great deal of capabilities
The Bad
Steep learning curve, and they charge for all their training (save simplistic online videos).
The Bottom Line
Probably best suited to larger firms who have someone full-time to manage and maintain the software. Data entry and maintenance are too complex to be left to individual advisors or support staff who are too busy to put lots of time into the system.
