Good value and intuitive

I hope to implement Redtail email and imaging in the near future, which will leverage the data in the CRM even more.

User Review

The Good
Easy to use. Web-based functionality makes it very flexible. Task and meeting assignments work well, as does the common calendar functionality.
The Bad
Workflow setup is difficult and not intuitive, unlike much of they system.
The Bottom Line
A cost effective way to move into the CRM universe for those, like us, who were maintaining physical logs or hundreds of different Excel spreadsheets to track workflow.
