Overall a great CRM solution for advisors
I have been using the software for about 2 years and have been very happy with it, but I am a small firm so I don't think I can fully utilize it's functionality.

The Good
Very well designed with the financial planner/advisor in mind
The Bad
I don't like how the screen showing all the actions recorded appears, can be hard to go back and find what you are looking for quickly
The Bottom Line
An excellent CRM, but I'm now looking at a possible replacement.
