The Good
Everything about AssetBook is good! I left another b/o provider in 2007 and have been with AssetBook since. They converted all my data without a hitch and in a very short period of time. AssetBook really understands the independent RIA and how important they are to our success. They take that responsibility seriously and service has been excellent. I've yet to find any error and they make my quarterly tasks a dream -- my billing is now done in a matter of minutes rather than being the nightmare it used to be.
The Bad
I haven't found anything bad yet. (And I'm an expert in b/o operations -- I've looked!)
The Bottom Line
You won't find a better, more comprehensive solution and at a very reasonable cost. They've been terrific to work with.
