Has been a good tool, but requires more technology support to maintain than we think it should.
Since the beginning of our relationship with Goldmine, we have engaged a third party reseller/consultant to help us. It is possible we could get better advice directly from Goldmine or another consultant and we will consider it.
User Review
The Good
We have been active users of the tool's automated processes which are designed to prompt our advisors for action when called for within our "prescriptions" for client care, prospect conversion, and COI development.
The Bad
It is far more difficult to add fields or make other programming changes that other CRMs with which we are familiar. Additionally, the mobile connection we have to Goldmine is not as functional as we think it should be.
The Bottom Line
Goldmine is our current solution, but if things don't improve soon - we plan to give SalesForce a good look.
