Solid but needs better letter merging interface
Good but some small enhancements would make it great.

The Good
Consolidates many different software management systems through it's interface. Also, I love the checklist ability to help in creating reusable systems.
The Bad
The letter merging functunality is not easy. I came from TLS where the touching of one button allowed you to print a letter, merged, on letterhead, with advisor's signature.
The Bottom Line
Good but some small enhancements would make it great.
