Good at what it Does

We have used ProTracker for about 2 years and I am in the process of reevaluating our CRM. I am looking at web-based applications as well as re-evaluating Junxure. Junxure has come a long way interms of integration with other software systems and I really like the way they handle Outlook e-mail. Each system has strengths and weaknesses. Figure out what features are most important and find the system that fits.

User Review

The Good
Excellent Company, great suppport people, does what it needs to do. Very good pricing. We don't use half of the features available.
The Bad
Clunky to use, sometimes data disappears (I know it is a user issue), poor integration with Outlook for e-mail tracking.
The Bottom Line
We are just now getting our processes designed and standardized. Good overall system, but does have some quirks and integration issues.
