Depending on your firm and its focus could be tremendous choice or an overly time-consuming expensive choice that is effectively over-kill.

The Good
Extraordinarily feature rich and continually improving. Haven't come across anything that it can't do.
The Bad
Complicated to master; takes a lot of internal time to use; relatively expensive; vendor constantly pushing new services/features that they want you to buy
The Bottom Line
Great system for very process driven larger firms-not clear that it is optimal choice for smaller/medium sized firms that want to be client driven.
