The Good
I dont send out any paper reports now that I have Albridge automated to send out quarterly, and yearly reports. Easy to set up and send.
The Bad
Tech questions take a long time to get answered if you send email. So I prefer to call and wait on hold until I get a live person. Wish the email tech service was quicker on turn around.
The Bottom Line
Saves me a lot of time. I use Albridge almost daily and my clients really like it too.
